This service request can be used if you or a dependent have lost a PTS ID card. This request can be used for both Students and Employees. This request must be completed by either the student or the employee.
This request is to have a physical key made for a particular room on campus. This request will require the approval of the Director of Public Safety.
If you plan to be away for an extended period of time and wish to leave your car in one of the Seminary parking areas, please follow these guidelines:
CRW residents– park in the appropriate CRW parking lot or the lower level of park deck.
Employees & Main Campus residents– park either in the lower level of the park deck or in the Library lot
This form will be used to appeal parking tickets
PTS Alumni must present an alumni card to access library resources and enter designated areas on campus, including the parking structure. To begin the process, use the link below to request your alumni card. Keep in mind that you’ll need your PTS network login to access the form.

This request is for a Public Safety Officer to be present for a campus event
This service is meant for use by our students who need transportation assistance obtaining groceries. The Saturday grocery shuttle will operate from 9 am-1 pm, leaving Templeton Staff Lot on the hour then stopping at CRW (Witherspoon Circle) and dropping off at Nassau Park Pavilion (Wegmans} or Mercer Mall (Shop Rite). Return trips will begin at 10:30 am at Nassau Park Pavilion or Mercer Mall and will continue on the half hour through 1:30pm.
