PTS Alumni must present an alumni card to access library resources and enter designated areas on campus, including the parking structure. To begin the process, use the link below to request your alumni card. Keep in mind that you’ll need your PTS network login to access the form.

Please use this to request additional software be purchased and/or installed for your use on the PTS-issued computer.

If you plan to be away for an extended period of time and wish to leave your car in one of the Seminary parking areas, please follow these guidelines:

CRW residents– park in the appropriate CRW parking lot or the lower level of park deck.
Employees & Main Campus residents– park either in the lower level of the park deck or in the Library lot

This request is to have a physical key made for a particular room on campus. This request will require the approval of the Director of Public Safety.

This service request can be used if you or a dependent have lost a PTS ID card. This request can be used for both Students and Employees. This request must be completed by either the student or the employee.

Repair request creation

This request is for employees who are requesting a repair to their office furniture.

This will alert the Enterprise Services team to the enhancement or change to an existing legacy application.

Application to use a PTS Van for official PTS usage. Please refer to the Driving Authorization and Safety Policies located on the Business office section of Inside PTS for more information.

This form is to be submitted to the Office of Student Life to grant access to student groups for email and print funds access.

This form will be used to appeal parking tickets

This service is meant for use by our students who need transportation assistance obtaining groceries. The Saturday grocery shuttle will operate from 9 am-1 pm, leaving Templeton Staff Lot on the hour then stopping at CRW (Witherspoon Circle) and dropping off at Nassau Park Pavilion (Wegmans} or Mercer Mall (Shop Rite). Return trips will begin at 10:30 am at Nassau Park Pavilion or Mercer Mall and will continue on the half hour through 1:30pm.
