Any information gathered within this form is used to build and configure a computer to support your scholarly work here at PTS.

All computers will be configured to the Information Technology department's standard for hardware, software, and warranty requirements. These requirements are put in place to ensure successful computer functionality for the entire life of the computer.

The computer, warranty, and any requested accessories (mice, keyboards, monitors, etc) should not exceed the allotted amount of $3000.00.
Standard Equipment Summary
PTS-provided laptops will come with a standard software & hardware configuration. The standard configuration is provided below. Please select from the choices below should you desire any of these additional options.

- 24 GB, 32 GB, or 36 GB of RAM (pending selection)
- 512 GB of internal storage (hard drive)
- An extended warranty
- Additional power adapter (travel)
- Microsoft Office Productivity Suite
- An external monitor (if requested)
- Docking station to connect to an external monitor (if requested)
