How to Connect to a Network Drive (Windows)

First off, ensure you are either connected to PTS-Secured-Wireless or connected to VPN

Step 1:

Open a file explorer window, on the left column, click on "This PC" then in the top menu bar, click on "Computer"

Step 2:

Click on "Map network drive"

Step 3:

Enter the file path you wish to connect to
e.g. \\Files01\HelpDeskTopSecretFiles

You can also enable "Reconnect at sign-in" so that it auto-connects to this file share each time your computer restarts.

Step 4:

Enter your PTS username and password for authentication

Step 5:

The network drive is listed under "This PC"
