How to Reset PTS Password Internationally

How to Update Your PTS Password

We will send you a one-time link containing a temporary password. The link is only valid once, so please ensure you either copy it or write it down notating case sensitivity as well as special characters.

Once you have the temporary password, navigate to https://outlook.office.com/mail and sign in using your PTS email and your temporary password. Once signed in, in the top right corner of the window, you’ll either see your initials, or your photo, click there.

Then click, ‘View Account’

From the Account page, you should see the option to ‘Change Password.’

This brings up the password reset page, where you’ll enter the temporary password, and create a new one. Remember your new password must meet the following criteria.

·       Minimum 10 characters in length

·       Minimum one uppercase and one lowercase letter

·       Minimum one number and one special character
