Sending Encrypted Emails in Outlook
Microsoft Outlook offers
message-level encryption for emails containing sensitive data. Encrypting an
email message in Outlook means it's converted from readable plain text into
scrambled cipher text. A digital signature on an e-mail message helps the recipient
verify that you are the authentic sender and not an impostor.
There are four encryption
options:
1.
Encrypt-Only: This message is encrypted. Recipients can't remove encryption.
2.
Do Not Forward: Recipients can read this message, but cannot forward, print,
or copy content. The conversation owner has full permission to their message
and all replies.

switch to this by clicking on 'Outlook' in your menu bar, and clicking on
'Legacy Outlook.' This will require the Outlook app to restart.

Once inside Legacy Outlook,
compose a new message. Click on 'Draft' in the menu bar, then 'Encrypt' and
