Word Mail Merge Error Fix
If a user
receives the error below, you can use the following steps to correct it without
needing to Refresh Jenzebar.

I.
Connect with the affected user and open RDP - if the Jenzebar
remote apps have been set up, there will be a connection that populates
automatically, see below. Once Selected, it will also populate the username,
then hit connect

II.
Once connected to JZPTS-RDS1.PTS-EDEN.ORG, navigate to File
Explorer and through the following file path:
Launch File Explorer>Select Applications(D:)(expand
"This PC" if needed to see the
drives)>PTS>Jenzebar>Word_Mail_Merge_Key

III.
Launch "dwordfix", this should be followed up by a
confirmation message to make the changes, select yes.

IV.
The final part is seeing the next confirmation that it was
successful. Press OK, then you can test with the user that the issue is
resolved.
