How to Import Articles from a Word into TDX Knowledge Base

Upon entering the knowledge base tab within the client portal application, follow these steps to import a word document into the Knowledge Base.

Step 1: Check within the Categories section to make sure the article would fit into one of those categories. If it does not, create a new category via the new option in the upper left corner.  You will see the below image appear.

  • If creating a new category completely, leave the parent category blank.
  • If creating a sub category for an article, select the parent category in the box.
  • The order of the category will arrange itself based off of this information.

Step 2: Now that the categories are sorted, navigate to Word Doc, or file with multiple Word docs nestled within.
