Recovery Email
The Account
Recovery Email is the fastest way to reset your password for your PTS account.
The Account Recovery Email is an alternate, personal email that that you
provide to enable self service for password recovery. Once you provide this
email you can simply visit Account Recovery and enter your personal email and have the ability to reset
your PTS user account password.
Setting up a
Account Recovery Email
You can check to
see if you have an account recovery email by visiting the Account management
section on Inside PTS.
Once you have
logged into Inside PTS, Click on your name in the upper right hand corner of
the screen
From the menu,
select "Manage PTS Account"
From the
provided list of options, select Account Recovery Email.
In the space
provided for new recovery address, please enter an alternative, personal email
address and click the "Update Recovery Email" button.
You have
successfully registered your alternative personal email for use with recovering
and resetting your PTS Account.
Removing the
Account Recovery Email
If you wish is
disconnect your personal email from this recovery process. Please sign into Inside PTS with you
current username and password.
Once you have
logged into Inside PTS, Click on your name in the upper right hand corner of
the screen
From the menu,
select "Manage PTS Account"
From the
provided list of options, select Account Recovery Email.
In the space
provided for new recovery address, please leave the field blank and click the
"Update Recovery Email" button.
This will
disconnect your personal email from the Account Recovery Process.
